Punctuality Interpreting and Translating Services LLC started with a vision to bridge language barriers and provide accurate language solutions. Our founders, with their deep linguistic expertise, recognized the importance of reliable interpreting and translation services in today’s globalized world.

Our Leadership Team

Our passionate and dedicated team brings together a diverse range of skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results. Our team comprises 25 full-time translators and 15 full-time interpreters dedicated to meeting your diverse language needs. With expertise in social, legal, financial, medical, and technical language translation, we ensure accurate and culturally sensitive communication.

Mr. Mohamed Abdi

CEO | Denver, Colorado, USA | Nairobi, Kenya

As a political scientist with over 18 years of experience in leadership and organizational management in multicultural and international settings, Mr. Abdi brings diverse skills to the table. His leadership, effective communication, inclusive collaboration, and commitment to continuous learning make him the driving force behind our success. His advocacy for best governance practices and commitment to inclusivity drive our mission to provide high-quality language services. Mr. Abdi has extensive years of offering translation and interpretation services for the US federal and state governments, non-profit organizations, and private sectors in the USA, offering these services in multiple jurisdictions. Mohamed is multilingual fluent in English, Somali, Swahili and basic Arabic.
Mohamed earned his master’s in political science at the University of Colorado Denver and his Bachelor of Science with a double major in Political Science and International Studies at the University of Colorado Denver. Mohamed received human rights certification training from the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy & Human Rights.

Mr. Hassan Ibrahim

Regional Manager | Canada

Hassan, based in Canada, is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in program management, policy analysis, and consulting in the public service and non-profit sectors. Holding a Master of International Trade/Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada, Hassan is fluent in English, Somali (his native language), and Swahili and possesses basic conversational Arabic skills. With a decade of experience translating for non-profit organizations, including years of experience in
Dadaab Refugee Camps, Kenya, brings a unique blend of multicultural expertise and linguistic proficiency to contribute effectively to various initiatives.

Mrs. Nimo Ahmed

Regional Manager | Seattle, Washington, USA

Nimo, an accomplished professional, brings more than 15 years of expertise in youth programs, women and children programming, and translation and interpretation services in Seattle, WA. With a primary focus on addressing critical issues, Nimo provided counseling on matters related to female genital mutilation (FGM). Nimo has a successful track record in financial management, having managed operations for diverse private companies. Committed to community welfare, she volunteers at the Somali Community Services of Seattle. A dynamic businesswoman and active community leader, Nimo has been running her own business for over a decade. Her
academic foundation includes a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from Seattle Central College, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Mr. Abdi Gure

Regional Manager | Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada

Abdi is a highly skilled professional with a background in public relations and the non-profit sector. Abdi has played pivotal roles as a founding board member in various community-based initiatives and was instrumental in establishing the African Canadian Resource Network (ACRN) and Prairie Somali Canadian Community Centre, where he is currently serving as the president. Abdi furthered his education at the University of Regina, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW), and currently pursuing a master’s degree in public administration at the Johnson Shoyama
Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Regina in Canada. Abdi is a fervent advocate for human rights, refugee support, multiculturalism, and youth engagement in Saskatchewan and across the Prairies. His multifaceted experience and enduring commitment make Abdi an invaluable asset to the team.

Mr. Ibrahim Mohamed

Regional Manager | Shakopee, Minnesota, USA

Ibrahim has more than 15 years of experience in non-profit organizations. Ibrahim is a multi-lingual subject matter expert (SME) in refugee resettlement programs, particularly for asylum seekers, human trafficking, and unaccompanied minor children. In addition to a broad base of community services experience, he has worked in three different counties in the State of Minnesota at the Department of Human Services, where he served the public in different capacities, including providing translation and interpretation services, and also worked for the federal government at the Department of Social Security Administration. He earned his Master of Business Administration and Management in 2021 from Concordia University St. Paul, following a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare and Human Services Management from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health, and a minor in Political Science from the University of Colorado Denver.
