We are seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with our language services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information about our language services, including translation, interpretation, and other offerings.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist clients in navigating our services and provide support throughout the service delivery process.
  • Manage and update customer accounts and records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and any issues are resolved swiftly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions and provide the best solutions.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with the necessary resources and guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or language services environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
